Shipping Information

Shipping for 2007 begins in mid April and continues through October. Shipments will be made in the order in which they are received and as soon as your plants are of good shipping size. We start shipping in April if stock is available.
We always try to send good-sized, well-established starter plants in 2" pots; or for Thymus and Sedum full flats (72 plugs) or half flats (36 plugs). If only newly potted or small plants are available we obtain your approval prior to shipment. Every plant or flat is clearly labeled. Our plants are well wrapped and packed in new boxes. If your plants are damaged during delivery, please notify both the carrier and Blue Fox Farm within seven working days. Together we will determine the reason for damage and if we are at fault will gladly replace the damaged varieties or issue a credit at our discretion. The customer assumes the shipping costs for replacements. We reserve the right to substitute on replacements. Orders are packaged and shipped on Monday or Tuesday so your plants will arrive before the weekend.

Please list a few substitutions with your order, occasionally high demand for some varieties causes shortages. Substitutions will only be made when necessary and we will always try to substitute with a similar plant. If you specify "no substitution" your order may be delayed until stock is available. We reserve the right to substitute on all orders less than $30.00.
