Soft and cushiony, specially designed for dog beds! I love the colour of this plant, delicate blue and a texture like an old Shetland wool sweater.

I have never seen this plant bloom, but that’s okay, it makes it perfect for a thyme bench, because you never have to worry about sitting on a bee!

Lovely as a surround for other plantings as it keeps the weeds almost completely suppressed, it’s also excellent with small spring bulbs planted under it; by the time the foliage of the bulbs has ripened, the thyme has sprung new foliage of it’s own to hide it. I especially like it with crocus bulbs under it, but muscari or scilla would be equally pretty…hmm, I think I’ll try that!

Pricing

Price for Thymus plugs is $70 per flat and minimum ½ flat of any variety. The plugs are 72 per flat, ½ a flat is 36.
