Winter seems endless, but there is a feeling of hope when Valentines Day approaches. If someone in your life needs a pick-me-up, use a rustic heart to feed that need.

I use rusty wire, or wire that will turn rusty, to make a lot of my crafts. Tie wire, used for tying rebar in construction to strengthen concrete, is one of my favorites.

Another one is copper wire, which has many uses in the electrical trade. One complaint I hear a lot is that it's not flexible enough for what people need. There's a reason for that. Copper wire needs annealing which is just a fun excuse for playing with fire. If you have the pyromaniac gene, this might be the project for you.

You might also need to see some of the most important wire techniques to keep you going and avoid frustration.
