Fall is fast approaching, you can feel it in the air, and the nights are much cooler, even though there are still warm days. September 1 2025If you haven't got away this summer, now is the time to go. There's a new energy in the air, with fall sales of pumpkins and corn, some decorative and intriguing, like goblin gourds. If you're going to decorate your porch and entry way, take a drive in the country now. There are lots of farm stands to check out.It's also the time when people have been decluttering their garages and sheds, giving you the perfect opportunity to grab some garage sale gleanings . The stuff that people throw away! They don't value anything that appeals to us, so it's an excellent way to get some amazing finds, either stand alone, or that can form the basis for another craft or project. What kinds of things do you look for when you see a yard sale on the side of the road? Antiques? Dishes to make into
