I love the cooler nights of fall - sleeping is so much easier when the temperatures go down. It's not going to be long, and it will be autumn in earnest.

Go out and get some fresh air, my Mum always used to say when we were kids. So that's my advice to you too. The sun is still shining, but it's so much cooler your energy levels will be high. Kids are back at school, and there's time.

Here are 9 fall projects to keep your interest up. Using your creativity means you have less time to be anxious about what's happening in the world. Your mental health is more important now than ever.

As a rule, I encourage everyone to take a few minutes to just be, in your body, in nature. If you are fortunate enough to be near trees and grass, or adjacent to a beach, take those precious bits of time, it doesn't have to be much, to open your lungs, listen to the birds and become settled and calm.
