Come into the garden and find some twigs - then, let's build! They can be rugged and rough, or more refined and smooth.
Whatever they look like, there's a craft for that.

Tiny Blue Cottage
My brother was driving around Kelowna, British Columbia looking for a house to buy, and spotted this delightful little get away. It's a bit small for his requirements, but it would be perfect for a small person to live in (or play house in) or to use as a studio.
Set among the tall pines, the soughing of the wind in the treetops would lull you to sleep, and the privacy and quiet would enable the muse within to emerge. I can see painting in a place like this, or reading, surfing the web, or just having a tea party with some close friends like your favorite stuffed teddy bears or dolls.
The plans for these little crooked houses are all over, or if you're very handy with a hammer and saw, you can design your own. The appeal and character of these tiny dwellings will never get old - children of all ages will have fond memories forged in a place like this.
If you're curious how broken pots, twigs and wire combine into magic, let's explore creativity in action.
